JOB DESCRIPTION – Server
DEPARTMENT: Food and Beverage DATE:
REPORTS TO: Food & Beverage Manager FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt/Hourly
PART I – JOB SUMMARY
PURPOSE: To provide, professional and genuine service to members and guests.
INDICATORS OF SUCCESS: Membership and guest satisfaction

SUPERVISES: None
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Always represent and uphold our mission statement while at the club,
- Adhere to all behavior and uniform standards outlined in the employee handbook,
- Warmly greet and welcome all members and guests,
- Assist and facilitate members and guests by helping and directing them to the proper location,
- Greet, and check-in members and guests at the host stand and assist by walking them to their table,
- Uphold our professional and genuine service standards specific to each food and beverage outlet, including a focus on going above and beyond to accommodate member’s special requests,
- Understand and execute the different service standards for events and banquets,
- Learn and understand the menus for all food and beverage outlets,
- Follow proper steps of service in taking membership and guest beverage and food orders
- Provides continual member service in accordance with the steps of service
- Clear and reset tables, including relocating or moving tables as service requires,
- Adhere to the opening, running, and closing side work guidelines and standards,
- Running of food from the kitchen to tables using trays and tray stands,
- Moving and stocking of products delivered to the club.,
- Assist with set up and break down of events to include but not limited to:
- Moving and arranging of tables,
- Setting the tables per the event requirements,
- Moving and setting up of buffet and food stations,
- Assisting in the décor and the setting of the room or venue per the specific event requirements.

UNUSUAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to work days/nights, weekends, and holidays. The employee is frequently required to lift and move up to 50 pounds. The employee is routinely required to stand for long hours of time.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
