Reports to— Del Road Managers
Summary/objective—
Supervisors exude the values and culture of Del Road by supporting your assigned restaurant. This is an non-exempt (hourly) position that reports directly to the General Manager and indirectly to others in corporate management.

- Serving guests, bussing tables, bartending, seating guests.
- Assist with calling in employees if needed and/or cutting employees if needed, verifying staff has received meal and rest breaks, handling cash drawers, verifying checklists completed, and handling guest disputes, all only if a manager is unavailable. Supervisory tasks are otherwise limited in that this individual does not have the ability to hire/fire or otherwise generally control employees. Assist with contribute accurate information and thoughtful recommendations to the company’s strategic plan through daily dialog with colleagues and managers; implement production, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits when necessary; identify trends; determine system improvements; assist with implementing change
- Review portion control and quantities of food preparation; minimize food, paper (non-food goods) and labor waste; execute accurate inventories when necessary
- Avoid legal challenges by conforming to Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) regulations; federal, state, county and city codes, laws and regulations; and landlord lease requirements
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; comply with all safety/sanitary legal regulations; develop and implement disaster plans; maintain security and sprinkler systems; maintain parking lot, walkways and exits.
Maintain restaurant ambiance by controlling restaurant lights, light dimmers, background music; proper table set up with table tents, sugar caddies, silverware; monitoring proper temperature on thermostat and window doors open/closed; live music setup and maintenance
- Support overall operations and execution of service, ordering, scheduling, etc.
- Bar training and education
- Assisting inventory, bar (beer, wine, liquor, bar goods, etc.)
- Assisting ordering, bar (beer, wine, liquor, bar goods, etc.)
- Proper Tap cleaning following the Cleaning Checklist
- Keg cleaning and organization
- Building maintenance
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
