SUMMARY:
VLS Environmental Solutions, LLC is looking for a responsible and energetic Scale Administrator to assist at our Gray Court, SC facility, reporting to the site manager. This position will be responsible for the inbound and outbound scale system along with assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivable. This position will be tasked with various clerical duties needed to support the site.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow all safety policies/procedures for the site, including participating in safety meetings/discussions
Meet and greet site visitors, maintain visitors log
Various clerical task including answering phone calls and data entry
Responsible for the Gate and Scale intercoms, will be the first line of communication for drivers and customers
Maintain paperwork for inbound/outbound loads
Match all BOL paperwork with scale tickets
Create work orders to ensure accuracy
Track every load
Back up for AP, AR, CSR, and Lab
