Salary: $55 to 62.83 Hourly

Overview

The Graphic Designer should have a strong aesthetic sense and is an expert in combining brand standards, color theories, typography, and graphic elements to make visuals compelling and attention-seeking. They must also possess a strong background in design theory, hands-on skills in the latest image and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, and a promising portfolio.

This individual should be a master of creating visual text and imagery in order to design unique creative content for the company's campaigns: direct mail, websites, videos, print ads, brand labels, logos, and more to drive business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS a plus, but not necessary
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent eye for detail

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $55- $62.83 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
