Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Global Benefits Associate Manager (New Consumer Health Company). This position will be located in New Brunswick, NJ.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $80,000 to $128,800

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. Position Description:

The Global Benefits Lead Analyst will support and/or lead all the activities of the Global Benefits team related to Administration, Car, Perks, Allowances, and Flexible Working Arrangements within the Total Rewards group.

The Global Benefits Lead Analyst will support and/or manage all the day-to-day activities of the Global Benefits team in the evaluation, design, and implementation of Administration, Car, Perks, Allowances, and Flexible Working Arrangements. The role will provide expertise, as well as project leadership and project management in all aspects of their areas of responsibility including but not limited to plan design, market data analysis, vendor analysis, and selection.

Major accountabilities include:

  • Supporting the management of the Administration, Car, Perks, Allowances, and Flexible working arrangement plans and programs including evaluation, design, administration, and implementation
  • Managing the comprehensive processes to measure the effectiveness of plans and programs measured against design strategies and outcome expectations
  • Understanding customer requirements and support defining the Key Performance Indicators that are critical for the quality of tracking and evaluation of plans and programs
  • Providing guidance and support for the sign-off for deployment at regional and local levels of global programs and policies
  • Supporting change in this area from conceptualization and getting “buy-in” to implementation in partnership with regional Total Regards and business partners
  • Utilizing benchmarking and industry trend analysis to help identify any plan or program-related issues, such as regulatory changes, determining solutions, and documenting agreements for communication to all stakeholders

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of a BA/BS degree
  • A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in benefits and/or related HR area
  • Experience in the design, management, and administration of global employee benefit plans and programs
  • Exposure to cross-functional business processes and the ability to work successfully in a matrixed environment
  • Strong executive presentation skills, able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and able to respectfully question and/or challenge others to think through problems, improvement opportunities, solutions, and plans
  • Must be able to operate with a global mindset with understanding and appreciation for regional differences
  • Ability to support the design and promote a global vision aligned to the needs of employees and the marketplace
