Heritage South Farms is looking for committed & ambitious partners to join our team! We are experiencing growth and have multiple positions available for this role. This is a full-time position with overtime.
Shifts start at 7AM and typically conclude by 5PM. You must work well with a team to be a good fit for this position. No experience necessary but must be willing to learn erosion control techniques and sediment. Consistent opportunities for advancement into equipment operation and crew leadership for the right candidates Scope of work could include, but is not limited to tasks like:
- Utilizing hand tools and machinery to dig trenches
- Loads and unloads equipment and tools into vehicles and trailers
- Install and repair silt fence on active construction sites
- maintain debris free inlets for community storm drains
- Adheres to all company safety standards

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $24,960.00 - $33,280.00 per year
Benefits: Paid Time Off offered after 6 months of employment.
