We are looking for a motivated manager who is interested in a General Manager position at our Chillicothe, Ohio location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation & training of all in store employees
• Complete opening & closing paperwork
• Receive & submit invoices
• Ensure company policies & procedures are followed
• Communicate effectively with all staff
• Monitor payroll, create reports & submit payroll
• Audit safe & cash drawers
• Ensure Tumbleweed food, service, sanitation & safety standards are met
• Calculate, prepare and drop off bank deposits
• Interact with guests through table touches and deal with guest complaints

• Set & maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards

• Complete inventory
• Create & produce Profit and Loss statements
• Meet and exceed company budget
• Develop week/period sales and labor plans
• Develop employees
• Conduct store level and manager meetings
• Oversee day to day operations of the restaurant
• Make recommendations to improve the company operations
• Develop community involvement programs
• Set and plan goals for all employees

• Ensure all company administrative/accounting standards are accurate and completed in a timely manner

• Monitor ordering and product par levels
• Monitor employee schedules

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current manager with 5 years’ plus experience
• Friendly, outgoing disposition
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to analyze and solve simple, recurring problems
• Alert, caring attitude toward job responsibilities
• A high value on helpfulness and teamwork
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in highly distracting circumstances
• Personal pride in appearance and work performed
• High degree of comfort working with a POS system
• Ability to perform all functions of each hourly employee department
• Reading, writing, verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, ability to plan, and ability to give clear, concise direction is required

• Ability to type, look at computer screens and use a computer mouse for excessive periods of time
