Our specialty and focus is on salads. Our guests are able to custom design their own personal salads. The guest chooses from over 25 toppings and dressings - and determines if their salad will be tossed or chopped. Our Salad Chef then 'builds' the salad to the guest's exact specifications - giving the guest The Big Salad unique experience!
The Big Salad also offers signature pre-designed salads - all made to order by our Salad Chefs. A variety of soup and sandwich options complete our healthy menu.

A The Big Salad Store Manager is truly the head tomato. The store manager oversees all aspects of daily operations.
Principle Duties

- Oversee entire staff and insure job responsibilities are being followed
- Proactive recruiting & hiring
- Disciplinary interventions & termination
- Training
- Timely resolve team conflicts
- Team Scheduling
Operational Excellence
- Daily cash deposit procedure
- Restaurant ordering
- Restaurant inventory
- Ensure all ServeSafe and local health safety guidelines are performed
- Facilities management
- Insure proper procedures are followed for facilities cleanliness
- Insure all store maintenance procedures are followed to support the integrity of the operations
- Insure all equipment is in proper operation
Financial Success
- Responsible for the control of food, labor costs and sales
- Responsible for the restaurant and catering sales volume
- Point Of Sale and petty cash systems procedures are followed
