Our General Manager - Shine Wire position is open at our Adams, Massachusetts location. In this role, you will lead a talented team in manufacturing cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies while attaining operational, administrative, and financial performance goals for your location. To excel at this job you will have at least 10 years successful wire harness assembly manufacturing experience along with a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) along with sales, financial and operational responsibilities or or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Your people skills will be phenomenal and you will be skilled in bringing out the best in your team. You will work well under pressure, and shift quickly between big picture and crucial details making sure we deliver what our customers expect: on time, top quality results. Working knowledge of IPC 610, JSTD, ISO 9001 or AS9100 is key.
