Technical-

• Supports production workers and supervision in various tasks across all departments
• Performs simple shop operations by sandblasting, part washing, trimming of parts assisting Spinners with material handling or torch,
• Assist Shipping & Receiving with packaging/crating of product
• Moves supplies/job to workstations by forklift or other material handling equipment
• Maintains and cleans production areas as needed. May include painting or washing of machines/equipment
• Cleaning of building and general Facility maintenance
• Works under direct supervision
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs if needed.

Safety

Housekeeping

• Actively participates in 6S and lean activities as outlined by the Company
• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following Company instructions;
• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Tools, equipment and gauges are stored and maintained as defined by company standards
• Keeps work area clean and organized to company standards/expectations
• Daily cleaning and sweeping of work area, tools and equipment
• Empty of trash and waste as needed
• Personal items removed from work stations

Skills/Qualifications/Education:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Forklift experience
