1ST SHIFT - PAINT DEPARTMENT
General Laborer - Paint - Accountabilities:
- Remove weld splatter using a chisel, scraper and/or grinder.
- Prepare material for painting by removing all oil, grease, mud, dirt, etc.
- Sand rust off steel and wash and prep steel.
- Sand primed surfaces.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Uses care and attention to prevent accidents and injuries to self and coworkers.
- Product Quality.
- Other duties as required.
Physical Demands:
- Standing/Walking - Must be capable of standing and/or walking 8-9 hours continuously.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Repetitive Motions - Employee must be capable of performing substantial motions of the wrists, hands, arms, waist and legs for up to 8-9 hours a day.'
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
