The qualifications for our Full Time Team Member position at Battle House:

• At least 1 year or more of previous customer service experience; prior leadership/management experience is a plus as we see this role as having an opportunity to grow into a position on our leadership team
• Experience working with spreadsheets, point of sale systems, and CRMs
• Flexibility in schedule and the ability to work operational hours including some work from home during the winter season and the ability to work weekends
• Willingness to work with diverse groups ages 6-96+
• Have the ability to speak in front of groups ranging in size from 5 people to 50
• Have the ability to commute to and have reliable transportation to our location in Wilmington, NC
• Have the ability to pass drug screenings at all times

• A Full Time Team Member at Battle House Tactical Laser Tag will spend their days helping customers, coaching employees, and generally having fun while working hard
• Each day on the management team at Battle House Tactical Laser tag can be a little different. This role is a good fit for people who value creating a fun experience for customers while also providing one-on-one coaching to our crew members/referees
• The Full Time Team Member at Battle House Tactical Laser Tag will need to take ownership for all operations from the front door to the back and everything in between
