How you can help make a better world of work

We currently have an opening for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team in North America.

Software Engineering at Culture Amp is an inclusive practice distributed across cross-functional, lightweight Agile teams, which are remote-friendly, and all of which embrace flexible work arrangements. You will be surrounded by talented engineers, learning from others, as well as sharing your knowledge with them as well.


What the role looks like;

  • Help refactor the current Dossier application to enable critical new use-cases for Culture Amp.
  • Provide impact across multiple teams by simplifying core workflows such as performance reviews, conducting 1-1s, and setting development goals.
  • Work across the front-end and back-end stack to hit milestones.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Strong programming skills (Exposure to Go, Ruby, & Typescript would be beneficial).
  • Ability to guide technical discovery/feasibility sessions and help make priority/tradeoff decisions.
  • Solid communication skills. Confident communicating with stakeholders across partners, support teams, sales teams, product teams.
