Front of House Team Member @ Paris Baguette Job at Paris Baguette La Habra
Hello and thank you for taking an interest in this position! We are currently looking to add a new team member to our front of house staff here at Paris Baguette La Habra. As a member of the front of house, your responsibilities will primarily involve assisting customers, preparing espresso-based drinks and other beverages, and maintaining the store. As a food-based business we are prone to receiving random rushes throughout the day so all potential employees must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Although some retail experience is preferred it is not a requirement. If you are a hardworking and kind individual, we are willing to train you from the ground up to become a valuable member of our staff. All that we truly require of our staff is that they treat their fellow employees and the store with the respect they deserve.
Currently we are looking for an employee who is capable of working three or more days per week. The shifts for the front of house run from 6:00 AM to 1:30 PM and 1:30 PM to closing. Weekend availability is highly preferred. At our store we try to keep schedules as consistent as possible for the employees, once you have your days established those are typically just your days going forward.
Benefits include employee discount, daily meal allotment, and access to the tip pool which ranges from an extra $3-$4 per hour.
All potential employees must have their food handler's certificate or become certified within two to three days of being hired.
