Front of House Team Member Job at Chick-fil-A | Arcadia and Chase Field
We're looking for our next great Front of House Team Member! Compensation for Full Time is $18 an hour and Part Time ranges from $14-$17 an hour.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet & Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
- Package & distribute guests orders accurately in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean & sanitary workspace
- Provide guests with excellent customer service
- Serve guests via the front counter & drive-thru
- Create a welcoming & inviting environment for our guests
- Complete any tasks assigned
We will teach you everything else you need to know!
We are looking for both full-time and part-time team members. Team members must be available a variety of weekdays and on both Friday and Saturday. REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, and navigate shelving both high and low
- Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work in hot, stimulating, and fast paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must work well under pressure
