Our growing company is seeking a reliable and personable front desk receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a professional demeanor when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
- Excellent communication, customer service, and phone skills
- Professional behavior and appearance
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, determine their needs, and direct them accordingly
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel or take messages when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and faxes
- Manage appointment scheduling and reservations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and copying
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned
This is an entry-level position with a starting hourly wage of $17.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement.
