Hello and thank you for applying to our company. We are independent contractors that work for the platform known as Outschool.

If you are knowledgeable of any language such as Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc… then we are looking for fun, engaging, and energetic teachers.

This is an independent contractor position therefore you will get to pick your teaching times that you would like to teach

Our students are English speakers trying to learn a different language, therefore you must be fluent in English and the language you are wanting to teach

Pay: $30/hour (Our tutoring sessions May last 25, 30, 45, or 60 minutes and pay will equal to $30/hour)

Lessons: As an independent contractor you will create your lessons and send them to the organization for approval prior to teaching the class

**NOT ALL HOURS WILL BE BOOKED & ONLY TAUGHT HOURS ARE PAID**

AT THIS MOMENT WE ARE ONLY TAKING APPLICATIONS FROM PEOPLE THAT RESIDE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES

• UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING NEW YORK OR CALIFORNIA)

Requirements:

• 5+ years speaking language experience
• Must know ENGLISH plus the language you are wanting to tutor
• Must have high speed internet
• Must have a reliable and quiet teaching space
• Must be reliable and responsible
• Must be able to teach minimum 10 hours a week
• Must have a headset & laptop/computer camera
• Must have experience with zoom
• Must be able to send a 5-10 minute lesson and how you would teach a class along with sample resources

Pay: $30.00 per hour
