Concrete Finisher/Foreman
O’Neal Construction, LLC is a general contractor with over 40 years’ experience.
We complete projects requiring concrete flatwork, curb and gutter, and pedestrian ramps in the commercial arena, and everything residential as well.
Projects are primarily located within the Greater Treasure Valley with opportunities to travel outside of the area.
Every hire is set on a 60-day probation period with performance-based wage increases afterwards.
Concrete Finisher/Foreman Job Description:
- Lead a crew of 1 to 10 persons using first-hand working knowledge of the elements required for execution of the various activities or projects.
- Involvement with pre-construction activities, project execution, contract closeout, and warranty work.
- Promote safety-focused work environment while ensuring quality craftsmanship
- Provide accurate and timely daily work logs and weekly safety reports
- Pay: $25-34/hour, or based on performance and abilities
