We are currently seeking REMOTE High Volume Manufacturing Recruiters to provide dedicated Recruiting support to Ford Motor Company who possess a great work ethic and dynamic energy to join our growing team. In this position, you'd be responsible for building and growing strong talent pools, as well as delivering exceptional service to our client base. Responsibilities:
- Conducts employment-related research and assists the recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing of qualified candidates.
- Assists recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level.
- Writes job descriptions and post them to career websites
- Assess incoming resumes
- Refers appropriate candidates to recruiter and/or hiring supervisor.
- Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
- Represents and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, HRSC, compensation, benefits, pay administration, and other related organizational policies, practices, procedures, and/or regulations.
- Serves as point of contact for provision of consultative service to hiring authorities.
- Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process.

- Conduct interviews by phone
- Maintain interview and hiring records
Qualifications:
- MUST have 2+ years of tech recruitment experience/candidate sourcing or related area
- Must be able to work successfully in a remote environment
- Recruiting and interviewing skills
- Ability to conduct interviews via phone and online meeting platforms if need be
- Knowledge of candidate management systems, ATS sourcing/screening (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong leadership skills
