Position Summary
Eat My Biscuits and Cedar Pork located at the 5-star rated Brushy Creek Food Truck Park in Cedar Park.
We are currently looking to hire a Food Truck Cook.

We are looking to hire full & part-time shifts.
Starting salary $18.00 per hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities -
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Cook, prepare and serve food according to established recipes and quality standards
- Follow all Health Department and Company Food Handling safety standards.
- Keep individual stations and all work areas organized, orderly, and clean
- Physically able to stand for up to 4-8 hours and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
- Cooking experience preferred, especially with gas/propane-powered fryers
- Valid Texas Food Handler's Certificate - preferred
- Monitor station inventory levels
- Anticipate issues early and communicate with Shift Lead
- Communicate in a positive, constructive, and unemotional manner that emphasizes solutions rather than problems - complaining is unacceptable.
- Clean and maintain all Company property, monitor equipment function and proactively alert Shift Lead of any necessary repairs.
- Demonstrate willingness and ability to improve job performance over time and take on additional responsibilities
- Can be flexible with their schedule (Weekends are split between chefs)
