Restaurant Manager– Food & Beverage
Come join the King’s Point Resort Team managed by Weigand-Omega Management for this exciting opportunity as a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager is Responsible for the staffing and motivation of a professional Restaurant team, staff welfare and training; maintaining prime condition of all operating equipment; full responsibility for payroll costs and other expenses, planning and expediting new menu concepts and trends (in conjunction with the General Manager and Kitchen Supervisor), all within the boundaries of the Hotel’s expectations. Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of all the Restaurant, with the prime objective of providing a first-class product, timeously and of an excellent standard, in keeping with the established Hotel Standards of Performance (SOP) Manuals.
Knowledge, Abilities and Other Qualities
· Must be customer service oriented and a team player
· Must have the ability to work independently, a willingness to learn, and good communication skill
Experience Training and Education
· Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent
· 2- year Business Degree preferred
· Requires an occupationally significant combination of vocational education, apprentice training, on-the-job training, and essential experience in restaurant and management positions.
