FOH Expo Job at Rancho Lewis
Our FOH expediter works in tandem with the kitchen lead expo to organize and finalize dishes to be taken to tables!
We provide continuous lunch and dinner service Monday through Sunday starting at 11 am, and offer morning and evening shifts for our FOH expos that begin at 9:00 am or 4 pm, respectively.
We are located at 1503 King St and are a 10,000 square ft, 230+ seat restaurant at the Pacific Box & Crate complex. Hosts will work in a positive, friendly environment with a full service, high volume dining room and bar, outdoor seating, an on-site nixtamal tortilleria, where we will make fresh tortillas daily!
The Rancho Lewis menu and concept (formerly Juan Luis at Lewis BBQ) is inspired by John Lewis’ El Paso family roots and his love for Hatch chiles. Our menu will be focused on the unique, multi-cultural cuisine of the West Texas and Northern Mexican border.
