Overview: To ensure Operational Excellence in the FOH and BOH
Reports to: Director - FOH Director/BOH Director
Direct Reports: FOH/BOH Team Members
Pay - $18.50-$25.00
Requirements/Responsibilities
Works with the FOH/BOH Director to ensure appropriate daily restaurant staffing levels
Holds Team Members to levels of excellence in Food Safety, Attentive/Courteous Service, Speed, Food Cost, Cleanliness, and Productivity
Ensures that the shifts are running smoothly and we are delivering Remarkable experiences to guests
Assist FOH/BOH Operations & Development Director to assist and ensure Team Members are properly trained
Cleanliness - interior
Completes set-up sheet one day prior to shift start
Safe Count/reconciling money
Counting and settling drawers
Answering the phone
Guest recovery
Catering orders
Running breaks
Making change
Finding product from other stores when inventory is short
General safety & security of the restaurant
Ensures that daily/weekly checklists are completed with excellence
Demonstrates ownership of respective areas and communicates victories/challenges to Front Counter Director/BOH Director
Exemplifies the core service and hospitality values of Chick-fil-A
Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
Enforces Chick-fil-A operational policies and procedures
Attends and participates in bi-weekly FOH/BOH meeting
All other tasks as assigned
