Responsibilities

You will need to show a willingness to learn and operate different machines in the plant and be able to follow all safety regulations and suggest improvements to the plant process

Here are just some of the things you’ll get to do with us:

• Performing basic troubleshooting and reporting process or equipment problems to your supervisor

• Performing quality control checks to ensure product meets the specifications.

• Cleaning and maintaining equipment to high standards

• Preventive maintenance of equipment to prevent down time

• General housekeeping of the work area

• Optimizing machinery for product quality

• Making adjustments to the process and equipment to maintain specifications

• Ensure equipment log books and other relevant records are kept up to date

• Perform any other duties as assigned

Remember this is an active role and you will be on the move for your whole shift which is usually 8 hours or more.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Be able to lift heavy packages up to 25 lbs weight in a warehouse environment

• Be able to read and speak English for safety purposes

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus

• Ability to add and subtract 2 digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s
