We are hiring immediately for a Fleet Maintenance Manager in Salinas, CA!
The Fleet Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising a fleet of equipment, a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, and a team of technicians.
Compensation:
- $115,000 - $130,000/year base salary
- Up to 20% annual bonus compensation

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a maintenance supervisor in the transportation industry
- Working knowledge of diesel engines
- Experience with OSHA Hazcom and OSHA Lock Out Tag Out
- Ability to effectively lead a team and adhere to KPI's
