Fitness International, LLC - Is looking for high level talent in Pittsburgh, PA. We currently have 8 locations, with over 700 + nationwide. We are constantly looking to upgrade and scout the top talent in the fitness Industry.
Currently, we are looking to acquire candidates who we can quickly grow into our General/Sales Manager role. You must be willing to have a student mentality, and ready to roll the sleeves up to show what you can do.
A Qualified Candidate will have
- Experience with multi-unit management in the fitness or similar industry
- Strong sales training skills
- Strong Product Knowledge of Cardiovascular, Strength Training, and Mobility
- High level Leadership capabilities
- High level Management and Organizational skills
- Ability to Market, Sell at the retail level (no armchair managers welcome)
- Strong competency in recruiting and hiring staff.
- Willingness to start at the Assistant level for a short period of time to prove yourself before we ask you to develop other future managers
At the retail level, our average managers make well above the $90,000 range through a mixture of base, commission, and bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
