Must be a good listener, and problem-solver, and have a passion for working with clients. This is a First Impression Associate position based out of our Fort Lauderdale, FL location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet each customer with a smile and warm welcome.
• Assist customers in placing orders by obtaining job specifications; prepare complete and accurate work order forms
• Invoice for jobs.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues with orders and customer complaints.
• Accepts payment for work by cash, check credit card, or account.
• Opens utilizes and reconciles cash drawer daily.
• Reconciles credit card machines at the end of each business day.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the proper department.
• Call customers to notify project completion.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Operate a Thomas branded delivery vehicle to make pick-ups and deliveries.
• Make deliveries as quickly as possible while obeying all traffic laws.
• Stay close to designated driver area when in the shop and not delivering.
• Never take verbal instructions from a customer. Professionally have them write out their order.
• Obtain customer signature, printed name, and time for all deliveries.
• Obtains COD payments when necessary.
• Routes deliveries and pick-up and delivery log.
• Listens to and reports customer service complaints.
• Communicate with dispatch via handheld radio or hands-free device.
• Help fellow drivers as needed to load/unload.
• Abide by all company safety policies and traffic laws
• Drive safe and courteously at all times.
• Keep vehicle clean.
• Perform vehicle inspection.
• Organize and prepare documents for printing
• Observe machines in operation and make adjustments as needed
• May collate and index prints as scanned to set up for binding
• Bind prints into sets according to customer specifications
• Scans documents using scanners and convert to specified file format
• Operate and maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
• Proofs finished product for any errors
• Completes paperwork for the billing process
• Other duties as assigned.
