POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our team. This position is responsible for working closely with Senior Leadership of the Product Development and Product management department by providing meaningful project performance to the business, driving productivity, and delivering stated financial objectives.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $65,000 - $80,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) PRIMARY DUTIES

• Acts as a business partner as part of the FP&A function to Product Development Organization
• Manages and monitors projects, progress, spending and savings to ensure results are delivered on time and within budget
• Prepares reporting, oversees operations analysis, and completes any ad hoc analysis required by AVP FP&A
• Establishes operating routines with partners including standard reporting, metrics, and rhythms. Actively pulses business partners to monitor progress to monthly objectives
• Participates in process improvements projects to gain efficiencies in reporting and forecasting cycles
• Participates and leads strategic projects aligned to our business and finance goals driving continuous improvement
• Provides detailed recurring analysis of e.g. Sales, GM, EBITDA (forecast & actual) and initiatives including ROI modeling and meaningful variance explanations

REQUIREMENTS

• BS in Finance, Accounting, or similar analytical discipline required
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
