Our Field Technicians are the heart & soul of Montana Internet and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team. Montana Internet Field Technicians perform installations, repairs, and upgrades of both our wireless RF and Fiber (Yes, Fiber!) broadband services across Helena, Boulder, Townsend, Jefferson County, Great Falls and points in between.

Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5pm. Some overtime work in the evenings and on weekends may be required.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform Site Surveys to determine serviceability
• Install new service for customers
• Diagnose & troubleshoot connectivity problems during service visits
• Configure routers & customer devices as needed
• Perform equipment upgrades for existing customers
• Keep accurate & current inventory & vehicle maintenance logs
• Maintain company-issued assets, including tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Provide the highest level of customer experience in all interactions with customers
• Safely drive company vehicle while utilizing most efficient route
• Other related duties as directed
