We're seeking Lawn Care Technicians who enjoy working independently, solving problems, pleasing customers, and new challenges!
Lawn Care Technicians at Fairway Lawns are responsible for beautifying our customers' properties by providing environmentally responsible lawn treatments using state-of-the-art technology, products, and equipment. Armed with the latest industry knowledge about lawn care and a desire to please customers, our Technicians also have the opportunity to diagnose and resolve a variety of turf, weed, and shrub problems for our customers. The ideal candidate is independent, confident, organized, efficient, attentive to details, and customer-oriented. Also has good time management skills and ability to work independently.
WE OFFER:
- A good starting salary; Commensurate upon experience. Salary range of position: $35,100.00 to $52,000.00
- Up to $4,000 signing bonus based on experience running a lawn care route applying fertilizer and weed control applications

Requirements:POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness to work outdoors independently with minimum supervision
- Able to lift 50 pounds, with or without any accommodation
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Some Saturday hours
- Must be at least 21 years of age - Acceptable Driving Record, No DUIs
- Background Check Required
- Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen and D.O.T. Physical
- Preferred candidates will have lawn care/landscaping or golf course maintenance experience
