The Ebersole legacy began in January 1930 when Brian and Jeff's grandfather, Norman, started his carpentry business. Norman taught his son, Wilbur, the trade and in the late 1970's the Ebersole sons joined their father specializing in custom residential home building and renovations. You could say that sawdust runs in the blood of the Ebersole family.

Ebersole Brothers Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent to join and support our team of master craftsman in our custom building company. We are dedicated to delivering truly superior craftsmanship and project management. Our family company has been helping clients with truly exceptional projects since 1993. We have experienced rapid growth over the last number of years and seeking to fill some critical management team positions. Commercial experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day production, scheduling, budget, and customer satisfaction of a specific project or projects as assigned. This involves the on site coordinating of all labor, materials and subcontractors related to the actual construction and installation on our projects. The position involves layout, and ability to make decisions following plans and specs through the completion of the project. position. Commercial construction experience is a plus. The responsibility includes maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the job.

Our office is next to Mount Joy Amtrak Station so rail commute is viable option!

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
• Supervision of site work and project progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Commercial experience is a plus

Pay: $54,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
