Job Title: Field Service Technician - Agricultural Equipment
Our company is seeking a motivated and hard-working individual to join our team as a Field
Service Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting experienced mechanics with repairing, maintaining, and servicing agricultural equipment at customer sites. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job training and hands-on experience with a variety of equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer sites to perform repairs, maintenance, and service on wind machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with equipment.
- Participate in preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure maximum productivity.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Accurately document work performed and parts used.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in working with agricultural equipment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced mechanics
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel within the region
