A day in the life as an Field Service Engineer/ ABB/Honeywell QCS Technician can look like...

• Provide hands-on ABB/Honeywell QCS technical support to all pulp & paper manufacturing operations for instrumentation and electrical control applications

• Perform preventative maintenance on paper mill electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical components of industrial equipment following electrical code, manuals, and schematics

• ABB / Honeywell QCS Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic equipment

• Installing new electrical equipment, update drawings, job plans, and bills of materials

• Performing tasks list to include, but not limited to, testing, calibration, and repairs of pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, and electronic measuring, recording, indicating, and control instruments / equipment

We know you can handle these things because you have experience like:

• Direct and recent knowledge of ABB or Honeywell QCS systems

• Troubleshooting skills and knowledge of various electrical sensors, switches, controllers, instrumentation, transmitters, automated valves, calibrations, industrial communications, robotics, motion control, and AC/DC control power

• Industrial experience in flat sheet processes such as paper

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including periods of time in pulp & paper, noisy, dusty, hot or cold environments

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
