Job description

Summary:

The Field Concierge Support Specialist role is to be the point of contact for end-users in different offices across the United States for Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues. This includes actively assisting end-users with issues both technical and non-technical. A Field Concierge Support Specialist maintains customer service intelligence and empathy, while providing an unparalleled experience. Additionally, a Field Concierge Support Specialist is skilled in resolving issues in a timely manner, while educating the end user on the path to resolution.

Key Qualifications:

· Ability to travel to multiple client locations around the United States for client support and new facilities setup

  • Passion for education and ability to instruct in a “hands-off” manner, letting users learn by doing.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technology, particularly Apple products, and the ability to quickly learn about new products.
  • Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with end-users
  • Ability to educate end-users one-to-one or in a group setting

Description:

As a Field Concierge Support Specialist, you provide insightful advice and friendly, technical and non-technical support to end users. You quickly identify issues or create service requests, while explaining situations with patience and compassion. You fulfill our service commitment with style, speed, and skill. And you earn the trust of end users and coworkers alike as you offer mentorship, knowledge, and even tips and training.

Additional Requirements:

· Flexible with your schedule and be able to work at a remote location for up to a week at a time

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel with short notice

· You have strong people skills — you’re approachable, a good listener, and empathetic.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· You have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly.

· White Glove Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
