Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit and maintain families for the Family Support Continuum, specifically Stabilization.
- Partner with and assess families to achieve goals based on their assessment.
- Document and evaluate the program in agency database
Job Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree and/or combination of education/training and experience (professional and/or lived) is valued and will be highly considered.
- 2-3 years of experience in community-based and/or Non-profit work
- Customer service experience
