Responsibilities of the Facilities Engineer
- Organize maintenance of automated equipment
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects, including coordination of contractors
- Oversee corrective and preventative maintenance activities
- Secure equipment bids and make recommendations for purchase when replacement or new equipment is required
- Establish and maintain PM program
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Facilities Engineer
- Prior management and hand-on experience with equipment maintenance
- BS in Engineering required
- Experience leading preventative maintenance programs
- Experience with electro-mechanical control systems
- Project management skills with demonstrated experience solving complex problems and working collaboratively
