Experienced Electrical Dispatcher Job at TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Must have ample experience in home service dispatching (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and fluency in Service Titan; priority will be given to candidates with several years of experience in each.

Primary Job Duties:
- Winning the Day (hitting goals).
- Dispatch techs to jobs.
- Outbound calls to existing customers.
- Basic admin duties/reporting.
Position Hours:
5 days a week - varied to include regular Saturday coverage (maybe once every 3-6 weeks).
Qualifications:
- Must be a good person, ethical & of good morals.
- MUST be dependable.
- Strong ability to communicate, multi-task & work in high-pressure/fast-paced environments.
