Attica Motorsports, Inc. is looking for a Service/Parts Expediter to facilitate the flow of work and materials. The service expediter helps the flow of work and materials between the company's departments. Applicant should have computer skills, possess good people skills, be a problem solver and have a good work ethic.
Expeditor Responsibilities
- Provide support to teammates by anticipating needs
- Assist with moving machines in and out the shop for technicians
- Retrieve machines and parts for technicians and customers
- Navigate computer inventory software to look up parts and review open tickets
- Maintain order and inventory controls with parts and product
- Deliver exceptional customer service maintaining strong company values
- Other duties as assigned
