Kelly Benefits is looking for a flexible and motivated on-site executive assistant to provide support to the CEO and Executive Suite.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing CEO communications, including emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages
- Maintaining CEO's calendar and managing travel arrangements
- Producing monthly expense reports and reconciling corporate credit cards
- Updating and maintaining contact information
- Communicating with clients, vendors, and other contacts on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinating and assisting with confidential information
- Collaborating with the Corporate Communications team on community events
- Working with other Executive Assistants to maximize efficiency and communication
- Coordinating and setting up meetings
- Coordinating and organizing invoices
- Answering phones, forwarding messages, and greeting guests
- Assisting members of the Management Team
- Maintaining knowledge of new technology
Minimum hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.
Requirements –
- High School diploma, some college preferred
- Prior executive assistance experience in a highly sensitive and professional work setting
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
