Executive Assistant to Project Manager – Industrial Construction, in our Pipersville office

Worth & Company, Inc. is seeking a highly-motivated Assistant to the Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in supervising the day-to-day operations of designated INDUSTRIAL construction projects in the Berks/Lehigh County areas. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to ensure project goals are achieved in a timely manner and within budget.

Assistants Responsibilities Include:

Assist in project managers day to day and scheduling

Collaborate with Project Manager

Attend operational/departmental meetings, as required

Assist Project Manager in preparations of vendor and subcontractor purchase orders, submittals, drawings, etc.

Maintain a safe and secure work environment by coordinating safety meetings and incident reports

Assist with change orders, project documentation, project close out and commissioning requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in Construction Adminstraion

Team player with a jump-in-the-ditch attitude

Thorough knowledge of construction technology, equipment and methods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
