We are looking for a full-time Executive Assistant. Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. If you enjoy variety, this is the job for you !
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Administrative responsibilities for several executives.
- Assist with human resources, customer service, purchasing and production administration.
- Fast paced position with multiple projects operating at the same time. Must be able to prioritize work load and complete timely and accurately.
- Strong analytical skills and being detail-oriented are necessary requirements.
- Position constantly changing, so the employee must have the ability to grow with the position and learn new tasks.
- Must be able to take the initiative to find solutions and make decisions to solve problems on their own when supervisors are not available.
