Under the Oaks Catering at Wake Forest University is looking for energetic, customer service focused catering associates to join our team! Starting pay at $14.00/per hour!
The Catering Associate position supports the Catering Manager in delivering exceptional customer service. Treats clients to exceptional and responsive food and beverage service.
ESSENTIAL PROFESSIONAL FUNCTIONS: Follows the direction of the Catering manager with little supervision. Checks periodically with guests to ensure their complete satisfaction with the event. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to loading and unloading trucks, setting tables, building buffets, clearing tables, carrying serving trays, washing dishes, wiping silverware, station attendant and replenishing buffets/stations. Maintains the physical integrity of the facility Regularly checks and signs in on catering schedule Fill in where needed to ensure efficient operation in the area such as production, administration and dining room. Take complaints or problems to the immediate attention of the Catering Manager. Any other duties as delegated.
