The Memphis Grizzlies are seeking a an Event Crew Member to assist with the facilities
conversions and setups of various types of equipment (basketball court, staging, hockey dasher
walls and glass, tables and chairs, etc.).
- Assemble staging as needed for concerts and banquets
- Layout chairs and equipment as needed for various events
- Manual labor heavy lifting and carrying
- Stressful overnight conversions and shifts
- Comply with all OSHA and safety codes as well as applicable building codes as required
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six months of related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on multi-tasks constantly
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work effectively
- Dynamic, hard-working, confident
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
