We are looking to hire part time team members and have the willingness to work with any availability as long as it includes weekends.

About The Job

Team Members at Herb and Fire are responsible for prepping food and plating dishes according to the Uccello’s Hospitality Group standards.

General Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all our guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always.

• Ensure that all food and beverages are consistently prepared and served according to our recipes, portioning, cooking, and quality standards.

• Help to achieve our company objectives in sales, service, quality, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of team members and creating a positive, productive working environment.

• Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.

• Continually strive to develop your team members in all areas.

The successful applicant will have:
