Responsibilities:

Terros Health is hiring a Full-Time Evaluator at our Central Avenue location in Phoenix, AZ.


Master's Degree in Relevant Field or a Minimum of 6 years' Experience in Healthcare or Behavioral Health

Three (3) years’ experience in program design or evaluation and data analysis


Full-Time: Monday - Friday

Location: Central Ave / North of Thomas Road

  • Responsible for clinical and operational analytics and support of the Terros Health General Mental Health and Family Services departments to ensure efficient and effective operations, quality of care, customer service, and patient outcomes.
  • Provides support and direction to ensure services provided are consistent with AHCCCS, SAMHSA, HRSA and CARF standards, contract and grant requirements, and best practices.
  • Monitors department performance using quality management tools and direct team observation.
  • Develops tools to improve key performance indicators.
  • Reviews, evaluates and reports on clinical and business procedures through the use of data then makes recommendations for improvement.


Additional Duties Include:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to give written and oral reports
  • Be familiar with current data-gathering techniques and technology.
  • Must be able to analyze and interpret data, summarizing findings and make recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of interviewing techniques
  • Provide quality improvement support to project teams as needed
  • Ensure required reporting is made in a timely and complete manner
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across multiple departments and teams to develop and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Provide training and supervision on data collection and performance measurement to direct service staff.
  • Proficiency with computer-based systems including electronic health records, Microsoft Outlook, and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Work with Informatics and Business Intelligence teams to ensure data points are identified and collected in Electronic Health Record
  • Acts as advocate for program, assists in creatively finding solutions to needs and enhances program strengths.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in relevant field or at least six years’ experience in healthcare or behavioral health experience industry
  • Three (3) years’ experience in program design or evaluation and data analysis
  • Strong leadership skills including demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative data and report writing
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, EXCEL, Adobe Acrobat and other data management systems used by government funded programs, e.g., eRA Commons. Able/willing to fill in for data entry and computer functions as needed
  • Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy
  • Must have a valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for one within 7 working days of assuming role
  • Must pass a TB Test
