MMC Land Management, a commercial land management company is currently seeking an Estimator and Project Manager for it's Erosion Control Division. This position will be directly responsible for estimating projects and work with the operations team to ensure the project is being completed to client specifications. The client base includes real estate developers, site development contractors, electrical contractors, stream restoration companies and oil and gas companies. The successful candidate will be able to understand client expectations and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating estimates for customers
- Responsible for monitoring the contract specifications, budgets, and client requirements
- Measuring take offs
- Professionally represent MMC Land Management in all activities
- Perform work with high commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
- Generate additional sales with existing relationships as well as building new relationships
- Work with Operations Manager to plan, prioritize, organize, and schedule work for various teams
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment with employees by building strong bonds and relationships
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the oil and gas, construction, site development or relatable industry
- 1- 2 years experience in an estimating role
- Associate's degree in environmental studies, horticulture or related field
- Ability to communicate, lead, and teach in a productive team environment
- Ability to multitask and establish priorities
MMC Land Management is based is Gibsonia with other locations in Mars, Robinson, and the Meadowlands Areas. The company is family-owned and operates with a small business mentality with a focus on constantly building and developing individuals in a team environment!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
