In the coming year, Oxbo will implement a new ERP system. As a Functional ERP Specialist, you will be part of the team that implements this system. You will participate in the design sessions, the configuration, testing and go live, as well as training the key users at the different locations of Oxbo.

After the implementation, the Functional Application Specialist will support the business with change requests, provide training and ensure the implemented system is functioning as intended.

Position Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in automating management activities
• Ability to ask users about their processes and how they could be automated
• Ability to train end-users of varied positions/levels of technical ability
• Knowledge and experience in documenting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability/willingness to occasionally work outside of “regular” office hours
• Understanding of how changes will impact the end-user
• Ability to work independently within an international team
• Ability to professionally handle multiple tasks/changing priorities
• Excellent analytical skills/ ability to make decisions based on data
• Some International Travel

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 2-years of experience with ERP systems
• Experience in training/presenting
• Fluency in English.
• Dutch and/or French communication skills (a plus)
