Field Test Technician - Air Quality Services - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
AirNova, Inc., located in Pennsauken, New Jersey has immediate openings for entry-level Field Test Technicians. AirNova, Inc. is a nationally recognized environmental firm with over 34 years in business. We provide emission testing services to our clients in order to comply with State and Federal permit emission limits. We measure regulated air pollutants emitted from smoke stacks for industrial facilities located throughout the Northeast region of the United States.
Staffing Need:
Our new-hire will become an integral member of our growing team and be trained in a variety of skill sets to be applied in this fast-paced and unconventional environment. There is significant opportunity for advancement for those who demonstrate an ability to accept responsibility and advance their knowledge in this field. Limited travel is required, mostly in the Northeast region. Excellent salary and benefits package.
Job Requirements:
Attention to detail
Being mechanically and physically inclined
Willing to learn and follow EPA and State testing Methods, requirements and processes
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong work ethic
Ability to work with a minimum of supervision
Following safe work habits and adhering to all company procedures
Basic mathematics and computer skills
Being comfortable working at heights, outside in all types of weather
Willing to travel 50% overnight around the New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware area
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
-Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
