Entry Level Lab Technician- Day Shift (Full Time) Job at Eastridge
Eastridge is hiring for an entry-level Lab Technician working with a global leader in the life sciences space. Work with the leader in automated bio sample management solutions and genomic services across areas such as drug development, clinical and advanced cell therapies for the industry's top pharmaceutical, biotech, academic and healthcare institutions globally.Offers great work environment and opportunities for overtime!
Responsibilities:
- Sort incoming samples
- Prepare sequencing template, including preparation, amplification, and PCR purification
- Labware Washing, biohazard waste collection and packaging
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- AAS Degree or equivalent lab work experience preferred
- 1+ years of lab work experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Eager to learn and retain new concepts quickly
- Excellent interpersonal skills; both verbal and written
- Previous laboratory experience a plus
- Micropipette and multichannel pipette experience a plus
- LIMS experience a plus
