Salary Range: $60000.00 - $70000.00 per year

• Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency's financial goals
• Compile insurance quotes using accurate customer information, data, and rates for insurance policies
• Present prospective customers with the best insurance policy options to meet their needs after assessing their individual circumstances and goals
• Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business
• Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building

• Minimum of one year sales experience required.
• Valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses required - must be willing to obtain.
• Must have an aptitude for connecting with others for building great rapport and relationships.
• Previous proven leadership positions/roles are desired.
• Insurance agency experience is beneficial.
